Returns for Hygiene Products (Soaps, Cleaners, Laundry Detergent, Accessories)

  • We do not accept returns on opened or used items for safety and hygiene reasons.
  • Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in original condition and packaging.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was sent in error.
  • Return shipping labels are not automatically provided; we will issue instructions after review.

Quality Issues or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a quality concern, please contact us through our Contact Us page.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

We handle quality claims on a case-by-case basis and will offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.

  • Opened or used liquid cleaners or laundry products
  • Opened powder cleaners or detergents
  • Custom bundles after opening
  • Gift cards

  2. Item(s) you are requesting to return
  3. Reason for the request
  4. Photos if applicable

We will respond with next steps and return instructions if your item is eligible.


Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if:

  • Items are opened, used, or not in original condition
  • Requests are made outside the 30-day window
  • Items are damaged due to improper storage after delivery
  • Items were purchased on final sale
