Processing Times

  • Orders typically ship within 1 business day.
  • You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

U.S. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping Rates:

  • Free shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states).
  • Orders under $50 ship for a flat $8.
  • Customers in Hawaii and Alaska are responsible for the full shipping cost, which is calculated at checkout.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, or incorrect, please contact us through our Contact Us page within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Provincial Goods is not responsible for theft or wrongful delivery. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim.

Heat, Cold, and Weather Considerations

Our products are stable in normal weather conditions.
However, please bring packages indoors promptly to avoid exposure to extreme temperatures.
