Cancellation policy

Some products at Provincial Goods may be available as one-time purchases, subscriptions, or pre-orders. This policy explains how these purchase options work and how you can change or cancel them.


Subscriptions

When you choose a subscription option, you will receive repeat deliveries of your selected product at the frequency you choose.

Billing & Payments

  • Your payment method will be stored securely.

  • You will be automatically charged before each shipment unless you choose to pay in advance.

  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term.

Managing or Canceling a Subscription

  • You may update, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Your order confirmation email includes a link to manage your subscription.

  • Changes made after an order has already processed will apply to the next cycle.

Returns for Subscription Orders

  • Subscription deliveries follow our standard Returns Policy (unopened/unused items only).

  • Opened hygiene items cannot be returned.


Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, you are reserving an item that is currently out of stock or not yet released.

How Pre-Orders Work

  • You may be charged nothing, a partial deposit, or the full amount at checkout (depending on the product).

  • Your payment method may be stored securely so we can complete the charge once the product is ready to ship.

  • Estimated ship dates will be shown on the product page.

Canceling a Pre-Order

  • If your pre-order has not yet shipped, you may cancel it for a refund.

  • If your pre-order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return per our Returns Policy (unopened & unused items only).
