This box is designed for 3 meals for 4 people, whether you’re planning ahead for the week or stocking your freezer with homemade options.

Everything is made using organic flour, organic tomatoes, and organic herbs, along with freshly grated Bella Rosano Mozzarella cheese; natural, high-quality ingredients you can feel good about.

Delivery Details:
This is only for orders delivered to the neighborhood Berkshire Estates in Mesquite, TX. Orders will be left at the door of the delivery address.

Ingredients: Organic all-purpose flour, water, olive oil, organic sugar, instant yeast, sourdough starter (organic flour, water), salt, dried rosemary, dried thyme

Ingredients: Organic split peas, ditalini pasta, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning (oregano, basil, thyme, rosemary), salt, black pepper, bay leaves, celery seed

HOW TO USE

Cinnamon Rolls (Frozen, Unbaked)
How to Use: Remove from freezer and place rolls in a greased baking dish. Cover and let thaw and rise at room temperature until puffy (4–8 hours or overnight in the refrigerator, then bring to room temp). Bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes until golden. Spread cream cheese frosting on warm rolls before serving.

Cream Cheese Frosting
How to Use: Allow frosting to come to room temperature or warm slightly until spreadable. Spread over warm cinnamon rolls.

Fresh Pasta
How to Use: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 2–4 minutes until tender. Drain and toss with sauce, butter, or olive oil. Serve immediately.

Pasta Sauce
How to Use: Pour into a saucepan and heat over medium-low until warmed through, stirring occasionally. Serve over cooked pasta or use as desired.

Cheese Pizzas (Frozen)
How to Use: Preheat oven to 425°F. Place pizza directly on oven rack or baking sheet. Bake for 12–18 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted and bubbly. Slice and serve.

Herb Butter
How to Use: Allow to soften at room temperature. Spread on warm bread, melt over pasta, or use to finish vegetables or meats.

Rosemary Olive Oil Bread Loaf
How to Use: Slice and serve as is, or warm in a 300°F oven for 5–10 minutes. Pairs well with herb butter or olive oil.

Dried Italian Soup Mix
How to Use: In a large pot, combine soup mix with 8–10 cups of water or broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45–60 minutes until peas are tender. Stir occasionally and add salt or seasoning to taste. Remove bay leaves before serving.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Cinnamon Rolls (Frozen, Unbaked)
Care Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to use. If thawing, keep refrigerated and bake within 24 hours. Do not refreeze after thawing.

Cream Cheese Frosting
Care Instructions: Keep refrigerated. Bring to room temperature before using. Use within 5–7 days.

Fresh Pasta
Care Instructions: Keep refrigerated and use within 2–3 days, or freeze for longer storage. If frozen, cook directly from frozen or thaw in refrigerator. Do not leave at room temperature for extended periods.

Pasta Sauce
Care Instructions: Keep refrigerated and use within 5–7 days, or freeze for longer storage.

Cheese Pizzas (Frozen)
Care Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to bake. Do not thaw before baking. Do not refreeze after thawing.

Herb Butter
Care Instructions: Keep refrigerated. Use within 1–2 weeks or freeze for longer storage.

Rosemary Olive Oil Bread Loaf
Care Instructions: Store at room temperature in a sealed bag for up to 2–3 days, or refrigerate for up to 5 days. Can be frozen for longer storage.

Dried Italian Soup Mix
Care Instructions: Store in a cool, dry place. Keep sealed until ready to use. Use within 6–12 months for best quality.

Shipping:

We offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states). Orders under $50 ship for a flat $8.

Customers in Hawaii and Alaska are responsible for the full shipping cost, which is calculated at checkout.

SHIPPING POLICY

Returns:

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
